Ginger and Green Smoothie
GINGER AND GREEN SMOOTHIE
3-4 cups water
1 heaped tblsp freshly ground or minced ginger
1 tblsp Spirulina Powder,Green Tea Powder or Wheatgrass Powder
1 large floret cauliflower
1 small lettuce leaf
2 tblsps ground of minced nuts – Brazil, almond walnut, hazelnuts
1 tblsp ground pumpkin and sunflower seeds combined
Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth
