Banana Vegetables Smoothie


3 cups water
2 tblsps Açai powder
1 medium-sized banana
½ fresh beetroot
1/4 red capsicum
1 floret fresh cauliflower 
1 tblsp Chia seeds and Linseed seeds 
1 slice pineapple
1 heaped tblsp fresh or minced ginger

Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth
